The world is currently buzzing with the news of Prince William and Kate Middleton's engagement. Now, since we are here to focus on fashion, lets just talk about her dress. During the announcement, Kate glowed in a beautiful royal blue (ironic, right?) wrap dress by Issa. She looked so amazing in this figure hugging number that instantaneously, the internet was swarmed with millions of people trying to buy the same dress.
