Who Wore it best: Nina Ricci Black Pleated Gown

Kim Kardashian came out tonight to the Instyle Golden Globes afterparty at the Beverly Hilton Hotel wearing a black Nina Ricci pleated mermaid gown. Right when I saw this dress, I recognized it. Actress Kate Beckinsale wore this same Nina Ricci dress (in black as well) to the 2010 Cannes Film festival. I thought the dress was made for Kate when I first saw it, but now that i've seen how it hugs Kim's curves, i'm not so sure about that anymore.
