 'Gossip Girl' actress Blake Lively brightens up the red carpet in a sky blue peekaboo dress by Emilio Pucci. The cut doesn't really do much for her figure but it has a very princess-esque feel to it that is very beautiful. I do think she accessorized the dress perfectly though. The Fuschia heels and gold multiple gold bracelets add just enough character to the outfit.
