JULIE BOWEN looked like a princess in her REEM ACRA jeweled sleeve tulle gown. It was another one of my favorites of the night! The cinched waist emphasized her tiny waist and elongated her.BUY the exact same gown in WHITE below.
NICOLE RICHIE sparkled in this AVANTE GARDE metallic JULIEN MACDONALD number at last night's GOLDENGLOBE AWARDS. The star completed her sexy look with JIMMY CHOO heels & a HOUSE OF HARLOW clutch. Her jewelry choices were also right on point which made me admire this ensemble in its entirety.
"THE HELP" nominee JESSICA CHASTAIN represented in GIVENCHY & HARRY WINSTON jewels. To be honest, I wasn't impressed with this choice. The dress itself is beautiful but not right for her body shape. It was a bit TOO TIGHT and the high collar didn't flatter her figure. She has such a great body, I just wish she knew how to dress it a little better. What do you think?
Golden Globe nominee SHAILENE WOODLEY kept it classy in an intricate MARCHESA gown. I had the pleasure of STYLING Shailene about a year ago for a shoot and she was extremely fun to work with. She has a very KEEN SENSE OF STYLE and can make even the simplest outfit look SO CHIC. She definitely has become one of my favorite FASHIONISTA's to watch in the past few months. CONGRATS to the beauty for all her success!
ANGELINA JOLIE was my other pick for BEST DRESSED of the night. She surely made jaws drop as she walked the carpet in this mesmerizing ATELIER VERSACE champagne & red gown. Perfectly styled from head to toe, the actress exuded classic old Hollywood glamour! The very dashing BRAD PITT was my choice for best dressed male in a dapper FERRAGAMO suit. Together, the two dominated the red carpet.
HOMELAND actress CLAIRE DANES stole the show in this jaw-dropping classic black & white J. MENDEL dress. The Golden Globe nominee was a winner already in my book. I couldn't stop looking at her! These images don't even do it justice. She is my pick for best dressed of the night!
THE HELP actress, EMMA STONE graced the red carpet in a PURPLE & FUSCHIALANVINGOWN. Her belt choice is very bold and is borderline acceptable. I feel like there will be very many people on the fence about it, as am I. On a more positive note, the low cut neckline & cinched waist are perfectly fitted for Emma's body and I love the way the fabric of the dress falls so effortlessly.
Actress JENNA DEWAN-TATUM walked the carpet at the GOLDEN GLOBES for the first time in an EMERALD, attention grabbing MARIA LUCIA HOHAN gown. As a rookie on the carpet, she definitely aced it with her dress choice. I would have preferred to see a different colored clutch and earrings but it doesn't take away from the look too much.
